A NEW COUNTER CULTURE THEATRE

For the adult minded.

"Hallucination Generation" is a 1966 exploitation film directed by Edward Mann. It was produced by George Atkinson and is considered a part of the counterculture cinema movement of the 1960s. The film explores themes of drug use, rebellion, and social unrest, typical of many movies from that era. "Hallucination Generation" tells the story of a group of young people who become involved in the underground drug culture of Los Angeles. The film follows the characters as they experiment with LSD and other mind-altering substances, leading to various hallucinations and encounters with dangerous situations. I have created a fictional soundtrack album for it as well.  Press Play below and go full screen.

Welcome to the "Hallucination Generation" soundtrack, a sonic journey through the psychedelic realms of the counterculture era. This album captures the spirit of rebellion, exploration, and mind-altering experiences that defined a generation in the 1960s. As you delve into this auditory tapestry, be prepared to embark on a kaleidoscopic adventure. The music within reflects the cultural revolution and the search for transcendence that permeated the zeitgeist of the time. From the hazy realms of acid-rock to the introspective melodies of folk, these songs encapsulate the spirit of a generation breaking free from the confines of societal norms.
